There is a man and he is trapped in a cave.

The cave is dark and he has not been in the sun.

This man has only seen the light.

This man is trapped because there is a beast that guards the cave.

This beast doesn’t attack the man,

The beast just patrols the entrance.

Frightened the man is bitten by the beast,

In his mind.

The most tender parts of the man’s body is bitten,

In the man’s mind.

The man has had enough of shaking and shivering in this cave.

As he walks towards the light

And walks away from the darkness.

The man meets the beast with a gnashing of his most vulnerable parts.

The man keeps walking towards the light.

As he bleeds, what seems to death.

The man is finally free from the cave,

From the dark

As he bleeds in the sun

He says to himself, “I will heal”
